the location is nice, but that's where the positive ends. my deluxe room was nothing like the pictures, and no welcome water or even spoons! also, the breakfast was just OK—what happened to luxury? i expected at least a complimentary upgrade after all these inconveniences, yet was treated just like everyone else, how disappointing.

The Deluxe Room did not match the photos seen online—lacked chopsticks, hangers, and even a welcome bottle of water. Additionally, the parking charge of 15 euros per night felt a bit off, and the unheated pool was disappointing during my stay.
